Testimonials

We always love hearing from our parents. Below are a few testimonials that help highlight the unique and quality experiences we provide for children at Kids Town Learning Center. We have removed the names as part of our privacy and security practices.

Becky,
I just wanted to take a minute to thank you, Dawn and Katelyn for doing so much to make sure the kids enjoy their time with you. It was nice to see you all hanging out in the tent this morning when I dropped off (Child’s name). I know your jobs are tough and if I can help in any way please let me know. Once again, thanks for all that you do.

I wanted to thank you again for taking such great care of (Child’s name). You (Zamora), Nikie and Tiffany (and of course Danielle) love those kids like they are your own and I can safely say that I feel like my child is as well taken care of as if it were her own family. Every single day that goes by proves that we chose the absolute right place for our child- she loves it there!!! You have all gotten to know (Child’s name) and how sensitive she is and you all have made her shine truly. She is a very special little person and is becoming more so not just through her family but through your capable hands as well :) feel free to pass this on to Ms Patti and Mr Ronnie, Ms Shona and Ms Candace but it's not news to them I'm sure. I ramble on but this year for thanksgiving... I am thankful for YOU and Kids Town. :) Have a wonderful Thanksgiving!!!!
Love The Family :)

Good evening;
I wanted to compliment Ms. Jeri on a job well done since becoming the lead teacher in classroom 4. I have noticed more comments on (Child’s name) daily sheet and appreciate all the details of knowing what his day is like. I can also tell that he is enjoying Kidstown and all the activities by his demeanor. I have really enjoyed seeing him bring home items from the arts and crafts and know his days are productive. It is a relief to my husband and myself knowing that (Child’s name) is in good hands.
Thank you;

I just wanted to take the time to say Thank you for keeping the parents in the loop about what is going on with the kids and their teachers. And thank you doing family events like you did on the 4th of July. It is nice to see (Child’s name) playing with his friends. He isn't around many kids outside of school so we don't see that side of him. (Father’s name) and I do really love Ms. Daphne from when (Child’s name) was with her and Ms. Frances. I will say she is literally one of the nicest and most layed back people I have met.

On a side note: I LOVE MS. ZAMORA.

I just wanted to take a minute to let you guys know how happy (Father’s name) and I are with (Child’s name) being in your school. (Child’s name) is the most important person to both of us and we checked out quite a few schools before finally deciding on Kids Town. We are incredibly happy with our decision. Since he started in Room 5, his speech has picked up and he seems to be learning a lot. It seems like he learns a new song everyday and he is glad to sing it for us. I know he doesn't always look happy in the morning when I drop him off, but I know that he enjoys going to school and seeing his friends. He talks about all four of his teachers at home and never says anything bad about them. I hear about his friends all the time. For some reason (Child’s name) likes to blame his mess at home on (Name of Child’s friend) I think he is (Child’s name) favorite.

(Father’s name) and I are both very happy with his teachers as well. I love the fact that they all seem so nurturing and loving. I truly get the impression that all of them as well as you guys really do love him. That is very important to me. I like feeling like even though I am not there that he will get hugs and cuddles throughout the day. I have noticed that when I come to get him at night that at least one of the teachers, either Ms. Andrea or Ms. Alisha, is playing with him. I think that is great. I feel like the communication with all four of his teachers is great. I feel like they keep us as parents in the loop as to what our kids are doing and let us know how their day was. I appreciate that if (Child’s name) was a handful one day that his teachers are willing to tell me that. They put it in a nice way, but at least they are willing to say that he wasn't perfect.

I also love the fact that the parents are welcome to come in for all of the special events you guys do with the kids. (Father’s name) parents were so excited to get to come in on Halloween and take (Child’s name) trick or treating. It is important to us to be involved with what he is doing. I thought that it was very nice that you guys invited the parents to come in and take Holiday pictures with the kids. The fact that you guys took the time to call on Thursday and Friday to let the parents know that the school was closed/open was great. A co-worker of mine, whom evidently doesn't look at the weather, got her daughters ready and took them to her school only to realize that it was closed. It is little things like that, that make your school have such a family atmosphere.

Through all of my ramblings, what I am trying to say is that as a whole I love your school and think that you are all doing a great job. I have no complaints and I am glad that my son is able to be part of your family.

Thank you for all that you and your teachers do. Have a great day.

My daughter, (Child’s name) has been attending daycare at Kids town Learning Center for almost one month now. She is in infant room one under the care of Miss Lori and Miss Keala. Being a new parent, it is very difficult to make the transition back to work full time and have someone else care for your child. I have been extremely impressed at your facility and at the excellent care (Child’s name) receives from Miss Lori, Miss Keala, Shona and the rest of your team. These ladies make it apparent that they adore the children in their care and nothing could be more comforting.

Every evening my husband calls me at work to read her daily report card to which we both appreciate greatly. It always brings a smile to our faces. Yesterday's report card let us know that Miss Lori thought (Child’s name) felt a bit warm so her temperature was quickly taken to find out that she was just fine. We have questioned our decision several times to put her in a daycare setting vs. private home care. After yesterday, we have never felt more confident that we made the right decision to come to Kids town Learning Center. Please feel free to use me as a reference for other new parents considering your facility. I would also appreciate you sharing this note with those that assist in (child’s name) care along with the owner of KTLC. They truly deserve to be recognized and we sincerely appreciate their efforts. Thank you,
