Q:  What is the difference between a learning center and day care center?

A: A day care center provides care for your child and provides some level of structured activities. A learning center also cares for your child, but follows a learning curriculum designed to help your child develop motor, cognative and social skills, so they are well prepared for elementary education.

Q: Can I visit the center?

A: Not yet, but as soon as construction is complete you are welcome to visit and tour the facility.

Q: What safety and security measures are in place at the facility?

A: We won't mention all the safety and security features on our site, but some of the more obvious measures include secured, passcode protected doors and monitored reception area.

Q: Where are you located?

A: Kids Town Learning Center is conveniently located right off I-264 in Virginia Beach in the Towne Center area – Independence Road exit.  Our facility is ideal for anyone community along the I-264 corridor, with easy exit and access to the expressway. Click here for a map. 

Q: What are your hours?

A: Our facility will be open from 6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m, Monday through Friday for day care programs, kindergarten and before and after school care.
