Our Policies

Fees are per child. If 2 or more children per family are enrolled, a 5% discount is available for the oldest enrolled child. A 5% discountis available if for the monthly rate.

 Posted fees are subject to yearly increases.

Payment Policy
Payments can be made by cash, check, or money order. Payments are due on the first day of every week, payments  are considered late after 6:00 p.m. on Mondays. Late payments are subject to late fee charges. Child care services  can be terminated when an outstanding balance remains.

Checks need to be made out to KTLC. After two returned checks you will be placed on a cash only basis.

Holidays
The Learning Center will be closed to observe the following holidays: Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents Day,  Good Friday, Easter Monday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran's Day, Wednesday before  Thanksgiving at noon, Thanksgiving Day, Thanksgiving Friday, December 23 at noon, Christmas Eve thru News Year Day. Full tuition is due weekly even with holiday closings.

Teacher Work Days

Tuition Express:
Parents may sign up for tuition express which allows you to have your tuition deducted from your checking account  or credit card on an on going basis.

Withdraw:
A two week written notice is required if the parent chooses to withdraw their child from the Learning Center for any  reason.
