Welcome to Room 4 - Young Toddler

Welcome to February
 
 Brrrr! It’s getting cold out there! With this cold weather comes many celebrations in Room 4! This month we will be celebrating the Super Bowl, Valentine’s Day, African American History month, I love Jell-O® Week and Mardi Gras!!!!
       
During the first week of February is football week. Friday the 3rd is “Jersey Day”. This day we ask that everyone wear the jersey of their favorite team. So show your team pride!!
 
Our monthly social will be on February 10th at 2:30pm. We will have a Valentine’s Day themed party. During this time the children will be exchanging their valentine’s.
 
As always you are more than welcome to come in and join the fun at any time!!

6:30-9:00- Centers/Free Play/Clean up

9:00-9:30- Outside Play

9:30-9:45- Snack

9:45-10:00- Circle Time

10:00-10:40- Sensory/Center Play

10:40-11:00- Art

11:00-11:15- Circle time (wind-down and read books)

11:15-11:45- Lunch

11:45-2:00- Naptime

2:00-2:30- Snack

2:30-3:30- Outside Play

3:30-4:00- Free Play

4:00-4:30- Snack

4:30-6:00- Afternoon activities and departures

*Diapers are checked every hour and the children are changed every 2 hours or as needed*

*In the case of inclement weather outside play is substituted with tunnel play, indoor slide, movies etc.*
